NGC Care provides recruitment and staffing services to care providers across the United Kingdom. Our services include permanent and temporary staffing for care homes, supported living services, mental health services, and domiciliary care settings.

3. Client Terms

Clients engaging our staffing services agree to: provide accurate information about their staffing requirements, comply with all relevant employment legislation, maintain a safe working environment for placed staff, and pay invoices within agreed terms.

4. Candidate Terms

Candidates registering with NGC Care agree to: provide accurate and complete information, notify us of any changes to qualifications or registrations, comply with the policies of care settings where placed, and maintain professional standards at all times.

5. Compliance

All placements are made in accordance with CQC Regulations 18 and 19. We conduct enhanced DBS checks, reference verification, and qualification checks for all candidates. Clients are responsible for their own CQC registration and compliance obligations.

6. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not: use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws, transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.
